This has not been released yet, but I had the opportunity to taste it shortly after bottling and was incredibly impressed. Deep straw in colour with brilliant clarity. Aromatic nose showing incredible complexity with aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberry, freshly cut hay, citrus and smoky oak. Dry on the palate, with crisp acidity, round mouthfeel, perfect balance and a long, persistent finish. Amazing flavour intensity. Great extraction and a solid acidic backbone should give this medium term cellaring ability... say 3-5 years. If you have the chance to pick up a bottle or two of this upon release, do so... you will not be disappointed.
