2006 Chateau Pesquie Terrasses

Delightful wine! Clear ruby red in color. Nose of raspberries, stone fruit, earth, and a hint of tobacco. This is a medium bodied red; complex, with a very nice balance of raspberries, black cherries, cedar, tobacco and spice. The finish is smooth and memorable.

Really nice. A gorgeous nose, lots of notes of strawberries and some earthiness. Twizzlers on the mid palate were awesome. I really enjoyed this, and will see how it evolves tomorrow night. I will probably buy this one again.

Expressive nose that starts with a keen scent of rubber or latex, and is followed by floral, fruity notes. Medium bodied, medium transition, medium complexity, medium tannins. French quality style and fruit that goes along well with your dinner or meal. Dry but not austere. Obvious ripe red strawberries and raspberries dominate the flavor profile. Easy to drink. Very enjoyable.
