87% Carignan, 13% Petite Sirah. Very stong blueberry aroma and flavor, with a spicy finish that mellows with breathing time. This wine really falls directly into my personal flavor profile, with very dark undercurrents and an earthiness you'd expect from the grapes used. Loved it. Went well with a variety of cheeses. Nuts are made for it, would love to try it with a merguez sausage, or lamb.
