Deep, dark purple color. Can't see my computer screen, at all, through the wine. Nose is big with black licorice, vanilla, strawberry and cedar. Mouth feel is soft and silky and the taste grows from front to back of this well balanced wine. A nice cherry cola flavor right up front expands quickly. Tons of spicy flavors on the back end that stays around. Currant, strawberry, cedar, spice and cola are the main flavors.
