Roc de l'Abbaye 2007 Sancerre
(about 1 month ago)Solid 93 pointer. I first tried this with Gary while we were working on a project and it had had about an hour to breathe. I immediately said to myself: "Stale Fruity Pebbles". And I loved it. Crisp, clean, and acidic hitting the palate. Warmth on the back of the palate, and overwhelming amounts of melon. So multi-faceted that it deserves a full day-decanting and tasting to discover its depth.
