I really like it when a wine embodies a taste that through other foods would be undesirable. This wine has a wide open puckermaking orange peel / tart orange flavor which would be undesirable in a juice, but because of the alcohol and light oak in the background and a slight, almost carbonated effervesence this prime flavor component makes for a nice wine. And it's organic to boot!

Grapefruit, pinapple and citrus. This wine is a big Pinot Gris and at least, it is not too sweet. This is a great wine and some complexity and a huge amount of fruit.
