Rosemount Estate Grenache Shiraz
(over 2 years ago)This medium-bodied wine smells of black cherries and raspberries. It's got a plummy, fruity sweetness about it, with some spice to give it a bit of heft. It's very smooth, rounded and quaffable, but tannic enough to stand up to lamb. It goes down very easily. This wine goes nicely with dark chocolate as well; the bittersweet edge of the chocolate is a nice contrast to the sweetness of the wine.

(over 2 years ago)It's very quaffable indeed. To me, it tastes like blackberries and leather. A really good versatile red wine.
Rosemount Estate Grenache Shiraz
(about 1 year ago)A very well-rounded taste at an affordable price.
Rosemount Estate Grenache Shiraz
(about 1 year ago)Beautiful bright ruby plum red. Lighter and fruitier then the bold Shiraz. The finish is long and generous, gently supported by soft tannins and a creamy oak backbone. 01/12/07
