Wonderful gewurz; medium-dry but almost feels on the sweeter side with a hint of citrus and a nice spicy taste with some bite. Also just a bit apply. Great value as well. Would pair well with chicken or shrimp off the grill, but I'd keep it away from anything with a sweet or tangy sauce.
