Another WOW! This wine opened up with an obvious nose of cedar and/or cloves along with red berries. An hour later it changed and more of the earthy notes came through. This wine would just not let up, and, paired with a spicy italian sausage and pasta it performed beautifully! I think it has a great balance of fruit and acidity. And yet an hour later it came out with more of a barnyard nose. Amazing to see how this opened up. I've ordered three more bottles to lay down and see how it shows next year and for years to follow. I highly recommend this wine.
