A little waxy on the nose with lemon, faint tropical fruit and a little metallic twang. On the palate, I get more lemon, unripe peach and a little spice. Good mouthfeel, it finishes with nice acidity without being tart.
Not bad at all. It’s a good crisp white wine that’ll go well with lots of food. If you’re looking for a Rueda Verdejo, though, I like the Valdelainos better (check out my review of that wine on Corkd or vinegeek.com)

The nose gets a bit of fresh cut grass with the core of a granny smith apple.
Upon drinking I tasted some lime and more apple which continued onto the mid palate. The back palate became a bit bitter and sour as the alcohol was left behind.

Just a nice, clean Verdejo. Grass, kiwi, and citrus aromas. Citrus, herbal, floral flavors. Fantastic with roast chicken, salads, and spicy seafoods.
