Not much to like here, though not terrible. I should have known when I popped the cork and saw it was light rosy pink (after being stored on its side for a few months) that there wasn't much body to this wine. It was sufficiently dark in the glass to get my hopes back up, but it was, in the end, a slightly think and overly acidic cab. Not enough fruit character to bridge the bright acidity and what little tannin developed at the finish. Even for $8, you can do better.
