2007 Sutter Home Red

Not a bad little blend. Thank the moscato for the sweet taste and aroma. Not much to excite most seasoned wine drinkers, but this inexpensive red is one I'd suggest to people who've been told they should drink some red wine for their health...but they dislike dry red wine.
It won't break the bank so if you're looking for a mild, sweeter red give this one a try.

2007 Sutter Home Red

Turns out this one is more like a blush wine, but with a twist. Made from Zin, Merlot and Moscato - kind of interesting. Definitely on the sweet side of off-dry, but clean and not syrupy at all. The nose presents light strawberry and blackberry with no tannins to speak of. The taste is similar; pleasant and easy to drink, which is the point, I think.
