I really like young light Pinot, and this a great example. Light in the glass like cherry cider, with lots of cherries and earth in the nose. No mushrooms, but some zing from all that earthiness and a meaty depth and then the fruitiness with its little sweet treat twinge - yes! Perfect wine for roasted chicken and vegetables.

Dark cherry, and mushroom aromas, intertmingled with silky tannins and a dry finish. One of my favorite Pinot Noirs definitely deserves the aging treatment.
