Dry, parmesan, lemon, floral. I also get the bread dough. Not too aromatic. Definitely food wine--oily fish or cheese. Acidic.

Average color, on the nose this wine has aromas of fresh sourdough bread, lemon, and a touch of pineapple. On the palate the sourdough bread shows up a little bit along with some creaminess and lemon hints. On the midpalate the acidity seemed kind of out of balance and then it finishes out with a really hollow acidity: sour but no real flavor behind it.

Fruity with a tart finish. A little too acidic for chicken, but good with tomato dishes or rich appetizers.
