I enjoy most of the variety from Brown Brothers and have visited the vineyard in Milawa. Everton is slightly dry and crisp. I'm not a big fan of chardonnay (but excellent for cooking lovely meals with it) but thought that the combination with sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio looks interesting and I've not tried it before.
