According to the website description, "The palate is dry and crisp with a clean elegant finish reminiscent of lychee and melon." I have to say that it's too dry to my liking. But then, it's personal choice and chardonnay is not high on my list. However, it's quite aromatic though I don't think I taste anything resembling lychee. Still, it's worth trying, if you like chardonnay. Winemaker list
