Sparkling wine can be very nice but unfortunately, not all are nice. This sparkling shiraz exceeded my expectation. Served chilled, this deep purple coloured wine comes with a hint of sweetness. It's light yet rich in flavour. I'm still bad at telling berries & fruits but it certainly taste refreshing and fruity. According to this website, Omni brand is one of the best-selling wines in Australia. It certainly has an appeal. Winemaker link

This is my favorite summer wine and sparkling wine so far. It's also nice to be able to drink a red wine on a hot summer day at the beach, and this wine is perfect for that. It's fruity, strong, and quite smooth. The bubbles add a whole new texture that you don't get off a normal shiraz.
