A burst of black fruit aromas, the essence of perfect summer berries. Sweet, ripe blackberry flavors with an undertone of mocha and toasted oak. Balancing acidity and a fine, chalky texture carry the wine through to an exceptionally long finish, with no falling off of the rich fruit flavors. From first sip to last, nothing is missing as the wine crosses the palate.

Even in a somewhat difficult year, this juice is bomb! Great fruit, acidity in the right proportions, wonderful tannins, and more! One of the few California Cabs that I honestly feel is worth every penny you pay....And you do pay!

Great wine with lots of chocolate with light berry taste. Still has plenty of time to age. This is a special wine! I laid down 12 bottles to last me the next ten years!
