My husband's Great Auntie got me a bottle of this as a new baby gift (booze is the best.baby.gift.ever). I figured it was a gag gift, but the wine is actually very good (for an inexpensive white, which I assume it is -- I didn't pay for it). It's got a nice smooth fruity flavor. It's not too sweet or too acidy. I would definitely buy this for myself or as a gift to another desperate housewife.

The first is the 2006 Mommy's Time Out! This blend of 70% Garganega and 30% Pinot Grigio was a light floral and fruity low alcohol 11.5% that probably got it's name from Italian women using it as a relaxer after a tough day with the kids. Lemon and little peach and a mineral finish made this a nice opener. An 86 pointer, but good QPR at 9 bucks.

I bought this wine for the label as I thought that sharing "Mommy's Time Out" with my mother would be a cute thing to do. Beneath that label lies a very palatable wine. I was surprised at how good the wine was from first sip to last swallow. It had a delicate bouquet and just the right amount of fruitiness. I'd recommend it just as much for its novelty as I would its taste.

The label was absolutley adorable and the wine was really nice. The wine had a delicate fruity tast and was not over powering in taste. It paired very well with cheese and crackers.

The conversation with the sacred wine bag members was superb as usual! Happy July!
