Exceptional, especially for the price (I got it for $12!) Absolutely loaded it fruit notes. Nice firm tannins. This is not a subtle wine by any means. In closing, get some.

When not trolling for $3 and $4 wine at Trader Joe's I like to get a bottle of this at CostCo ($15 here in the ATL). This is a phenomenal wine. Bold and smooth. Got this once when we couldn't find a Hedges for my wife.

Fragrant black cherries, plums and raspberries on the nose; an explosion of dark fruit in the mouth with pepper, orange peel and nice tannins. Clancy's is always delicious and always a great value.
