Meditrina
(over 2 years ago)Smooth, not spicy, subtle wine that has a perfect blend of juice which tastes fruity. A great wine that goes well with chicken, or steak and a great for parties.
Meditrina
(over 2 years ago)One of my most favorite wines. Sokol Blosser has a hit with this one. Smells spicy, a little peppery. Smells wonderful. Can taste berries, spice & pepper.

(about 1 year ago)Grew on us after the first glass, and ended up loving it!

(about 1 year ago)Color - Inky purple, light/weak Nose - very typical Napa Cab nose of cherry, vanilla, mint Palate - very light tannins, sour cherry, no complexity. This is not a terrible wine...just wouldn't put it out there as a $17 wine. The finish was weak and unimpressive. My wife enjoys the fruit in this wine, I am not getting it. She also enjoys the other Sokol Blosser wines...I think it's a conspiracy.

(12 months ago)Beautiful Nose, lots of berry and spice. Rich plummy plum color. Tastes of juicy berries, bit of pepper, good with mexican-southwestern food and also a great turkey wine. One of my favorite blends.

(9 months ago)Interesting blend - like the fruit of the pinot combined with the spice of the zin and syrah. Thought this was a nice all-arounder.
