Pretty amazing stuff. Citrus and a faint musty?/earthy? flavor of some kind.

Excellent Champagne that is light and airy on the tongue and finished smoothe. Anyone who likes sparkling wine should try some Dom.

If you've buried a bottle of this in the desert, make sure you chill it before drinking. Taking it warm is a waste of $130.

Green apple, citrus, and yeastiness on the nose. Very nice acidity and delicate beads. Lemon, apricot, and tangerine flavors...very pure intense fruit.

A wonderful champagne, light, crisp, and warm with a lovely light golden color. Bubbles were plentiful and effervescent. Slightly nutty and very well-rounded.
