Temperatures are kept cool throughout fermentation and just before the wine reaches dryness, winemakers bring it down even further, capturing the fresh white peach and fragrant honey character. The resulting wine has heady aromas of citrus and orange blossom leading in to rich flavors of stonefruit and spice. Semi-dry and spicy, this is a solid California gew?rztraminer, balanced between sweetness and just enough acidity to make it a good aperitif wine.
