Lovely wine for our spicy Carnitas fare. Cigar Box was wrapped around a Cherry almost Kirsch flavor that was tied into balance with the bottle age & acids. Still had spicy white pepper notes and a long finish. This wine opened up with time. Anyone that believes that Spanish wines are all power and no finesse needs to taste this wine.
